Neutrino, Uno devices
Neutrino and Uno devices can Power On a preset using Logic.

In Project View, double click the device module.
Expand the Logic output module. You will see eight Preset triggers. (Only one of the first eight presets in the project can be triggered.)
Make a connection from Logic input block to the Logic output block preset trigger #.
The logic input will trigger the preset # upon Power On. The physical (hardware) logic connection is to be wired to ground.

Ex. Logic input 1 connected to Preset Trigger 4 will trigger project preset #4 upon power On.
