In the event a device is locked with a password and the password is forgotten or cannot be retrieved, the device will need to perform an IP Reset.  

Solaro QR1, or XIO-8
 

  1. Power down the unit. 
  2. Power up the unit. 
  3. Upon power up, the blue Operate LED will blink. 
  4. Wait for the Operate LED to stop blinking and remain a solid color.  
  5. Using a small, pointed object, push in and hold down the IP Reset button. 
  6. Wait 10 seconds and release the IP Reset button. 
  7. Once completed, the device will display In Xilica Designer's Network View as connected and online. Notice that the pad lock icon on the device module has been removed. The device is now unlocked. 


 Solaro FR1 or XIO-16
 

  1. Power down the unit. 
  2. Power up the unit and wait for the blue LED (located at back of processor) to stop blinking. 
  3. Press and hold the IP Reset button on the back of the processor. 
  4. Hold the IP Reset button until the Network LED starts blinking. 
  5. Once completed, the device will display In Xilica Designer's Network View as connected and online. Notice that the pad lock icon on the device module has been removed. The device is now unlocked.  


Neutrino, Uno, Rio

  1. Power down the unit.  
  2. At the back of the unit is an IP Reset button. 
  3. Using a small, pointed object, push in and hold down the IP Reset button. 
  4. Holding the IP Reset button, power up the unit.  
  5. Wait 10 seconds and release the IP Reset button.
  6. Allow the device to power on completely. This may take up to several minutes. 
  7. Once completed, the device will display In Xilica Designer's Network View as connected and online. Notice that the pad lock icon on the device module has been removed. The device is now unlocked.
